    • As an environmentally mindful and socially responsible institution, Bank introduced a Green Deposit Scheme for special tenor of 2222 days, the proceeds of which will be exclusively utilized for funding the Green loan portfolio.

    • Bank enabled Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS) account opening through its Internet Banking facility.

    • Bank launched MahilaMitra Plus, an exclusive savings account for women that offers curated set of features, designed to make financial planning and investments easy and hassle free.

    • Bank launched Imperio Family Banking, which is an impeccable banking service which is designed to suit the uniqueness of the targeted mid-HNI customer segments. It is a tailor made banking solution that offers a bouquet of premium class lifestyle offerings and a whole host of banking services at a discounted rate.

    • To achieve the goal of providing banking services to the unbanked areas Federal Bank partnered with Fintech partners Fi and Jupiter Money for customised Neo banking experience to Resident Individuals.

    • Bank introduced Fed Smart Saver Gold Loan Scheme, an innovative gold loan scheme that rewards the promptly repaying smart customer with 50% of the interest as rebate.

      • Federal Bank’s own Credit Cards (Celesta, Imperio and Signet) were launched for Existing to bank Pre-Approved customers.
      • Bank launched Card Tokenization with Google Pay (Visa Debit cards)
      • Bank introduced Self-Service Passbook Printing Kiosks at select branches.
      • Federal Bank became the first bank in the country to go live with Google Business Messaging. Business messaging is enabled in all our google verified business locations. In order to ensure real time and prompt response to queries, we have integrated FEDDY, our AI based personal assistant, in Google Business Messages. FEDDY will now respond to customer queries related to our products and services in business message.
    • Bank launched a dedicated portal that would make the process of subscribing to Millionaire Federal Savings Fund deposit products  for NRIs hassle-free.

    • Bank introduced FedFirst, a customized savings account for kids.

    • Bank launched facility for renewal of gold loans online through Fed-e-Point, the self-service portal for customers.
