Criteria 

• Customer will get discount upto 15%, maximum discount available is Rs 200.
• The user will scan the QR code and reach the payment page of the Food &Beverages outlet on the Adani One app. If the user is not logged in to the Adani One app, the user shall register themselves, log in and scan the QR code of the specific Food &Beverages outlet to make the payment.
• The user will enter the bill amount at the checkout page and select the applicable offer. The discount shall be auto applied, and the user shall pay the discounted amount.
• The amount to be entered on the payment screen is at the discretion of the user. If the user enters a lower amount, it will be the responsibility of the concessionaire to collect the pending amount and settle the expense. If the user enters a higher amount, it will be the responsibility of the concessionaire to give back the extra amount to the user.
• Offer valid till 30th June 2024 ending 23:59 hrs.
• The user can collect the invoice from the concessionaire after showing payment proof.
• The payment will be collected by Adani Digital Labs through its payment gateway.
• Cancellations and refunds shall not be entertained after an order is placed.
• If, on some occasions, real-time payment confirmation is not received from the payment gateway: polling for payment status will be done every 15 seconds and if the payment is not received in 60 seconds, payment will fail, and any deducted amount shall be refunded back to the user by the bank
• The offer is valid on booking per card per promo per month using the offer code
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, Merchant reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers
• By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein
• Under this Offer, the Customer will be eligible to receive 15% instant discount.
• Minimum amount: Minimum amount needs to be Rs 800
• Offer valid once per user per brand.
• Offer valid only once per user on credit card respectively.
• Offer is not applicable on credit card EMI.
• The Offer is non-negotiable, non-transferrable and non-cashable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.

Definitions:

The following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out herein below in this document unless repugnant to the context:

• “Cardholder” – A person who is holding a valid Federal Bank Credit Card, as may be specified in the Offer T&Cs.
• “Campaign Period/ Offer Period/ Validity" - The period during which the offer is valid.
• “Offer T&Cs” – Terms & Conditions applicable for respective individual offer.
• “Transactions” – any transaction carried out using Federal Bank Credit Card which is not a charge/fee/interest levied.
• “Merchant” – any establishment where the Federal Bank Credit Card mentioned in the offer has been / can be used for making a purchase.
• “Communication"- refers to any SMS/Email/Mobile App Push Notification sent by Federal Bank to the customer’s registered mobile number/email ID mentioning the offer.

Other Terms and Conditions

• Bank Account linked to the Card is required to be active and non-delinquent.
• Federal Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
• The Campaign Period referred to as “Offer Period” or “Validity”, interchangeably, will be the one mentioned in the communication received by customer.
• The Federal Bank reserve the right to add/alter/change/ or vary at any time, without notice, any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entirely or in part, this offer by another offer, whether
• similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether. Federal Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reason and / or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• Any query regarding the offer will be entertained only till 31st July 2024. Post which the Federal Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons. Any dispute or claim regarding the must be resolved must be resolved by the Cardholder/s directly with Federal Bank.

• The Federal Bank reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products/services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• Logos/trademarks used are owned by respective entities. Federal Bank is authorised to use these logos/trademarks for offer/promotion purposes.
• The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold the Federal Bank harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by the Federal Bank as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder.
• Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Federal Bank for this purpose.
• If the Cardholder/s ceases to be Cardholder/s at any time during the subsistence of the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s

• Under no circumstance will the Offer/discount being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Federal Bank.
• These Standard Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card, as the case may be, issued by Federal Bank. In the event of any contradiction or disparity between the Offer T&Cs and the Standard Terms and Conditions, Offer T&Cs shall prevail.
