Bharat Aadhaar Seeding Enabler

NPCI has launched the Bharat Aadhaar Seeding Enabler (BASE) platform to facilitate Aadhaar seeding and de-seeding activities in a self-service mode for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).   This platform empowers citizens to carry out specific tasks digitally. Using the BASE platform, citizens can perform the following activities:

• Aadhaar Seeding: 3 Seeding types
  1. Fresh Seeding - Linking Aadhaar to a bank account for the first time.
  2. Movement Within the same Bank - Changing the linked account within the same bank.
  3. Movement to another Bank - Transferring Aadhaar linkage from one bank to another.
• Aadhaar De-Seeding - Removing Aadhaar linkage from a bank account.
• Get account details linked with Aadhaar - Retrieve account info linked to Aadhaar.
• Check Aadhaar Seeding Status - View current linkage status.
• Check Aadhaar mapping history – View historical linkage data.

To use the BASE facility, customer shall follow the steps below:

1. Click on the URL: https://npci.org.in
2. Click on Consumer Tab
3. Click on Bharat Aadhaar Seeding Enabler (BASE)
4. Select above mentioned services as per your requirement. 

Important Note: Customer's correct Aadhaar number and mobile number should be linked to their SB account to use this functionality.
