As a part of Corporate Scheme, Apollo Adlux Hospital (Karukutty, Angamali, Ernakulam -683576) have agreed to extend the following facilities at a discounted rate for our employees/retirees and their dependent family members.
- 10% concession for inpatient care on all items excluding diet, devices, implants, Pharmacy and Consumables.
- Free OPD registration
- 20% concession on OPD consultation fees
- 20% concession on all in-house investigations done as OPD
- FEDERAL BANK EXECUTIVE HEALTH CHECK –UPS
- Federal Bank Platinum Health Checkup for Rs. 6,000/- (Annexure –I)
- Federal Bank Gold Health Checkup for Rs. 4,400/- (Annexure – II)
- Federal Bank Silver Health Checkup for Rs. 3,750/- (Annexure – III)
- Federal Bank Essential Health Checkup for Rs. 2,500/- (Annexure – IV)
Apart from the above offers, if the employee and spouse does Federal Bank Platinum Health Checkup together, there is an offer as concession on the total cost. The total cost will be 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only). Mammogram and Bone Mineral Density test is complimentary for Federal Bank Platinum Health Checkup Package.
