What is FedSwagat?

FedSwagat is Federal Bank’s appointment-booking platform, which can be used by any person who wishes to book an appointment with any Federal Bank branch.

I am not a customer of Federal Bank. Can I book an appointment?

Yes, any person who wishes to book an appointment can use FedSwagat.

How can I book an appointment using FedSwagat?

Visit the linkand enter your mobile number, the OTP received on your mobile number, and the captcha. You will be taken to the appointment booking page. There, enter your details, select the branch, your purpose of visit and the preferred date and time slot, to book an appointment.

How will I know whether an appointment is successfully booked or not?

When your appointment is booked, you will see a confirmation message in the booking portal. In addition, you will receive an SMS on the mobile number entered in FedSwagat. If an email address is provided, you will receive an email too.

My purpose for visit is not listed. What should I do?

You can select the purpose as 'Others' and fill in the reason for visit in the column provided.

Are all appointments booked by me auto-confirmed?

Except for ‘Meeting Branch Manager’ all other appointments booked by you are auto confirmed.

Can I cancel an appointment?

Yes, you can cancel an appointment

What is the maximum time-span allowed, per appointment?

The maximum time span allowed, per appointment, is 30 minutes.

Can I reschedule an appointment?

No, you can only cancel and schedule a new appointment.

I am not receiving OTP for the service. What should I do?

Please check whether the mobile number entered is correct or not? If the mobile number is correct, you can request for resending OTP in 180 seconds.

How will I know that the manager has confirmed/rescheduled my appointment request?

You will receive an SMS on the mobile number entered in FedSwagat. If an email address is provided, you will receive an email too.

How much time would it take for a branch to confirm my appointment with the Branch Manager?

Usually it takes 24 Hrs to confirm an appointment with the branch head. It is hence recommended that you book an appointment for the purpose at least 72 hrs prior to your preferred time of visit. Branch can accept/ reject/ reschedule the appointment based on the branch head’s schedule. You will receive an SMS on the mobile number entered in FedSwagat regarding your appointment. If an email address is provided, you will receive an email too.

Can I book an appointment for the same day?

Yes, you can book an appointment for the same day. However, only those time slots which are four hours from the booking time can be selected.

Is there any restriction on the days and time slots that I can seek an appointment for, in FedSwagat?

You can book an appointment for any working day within 30 days of the current date, for any 30-minute time-slot from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Can I book more than one slot in a day?

Currently you are allowed to make only one booking per day.

What if a holiday is declared after I book an appointment for a future date?

Branch will reschedule/cancel all the affected appointments, and intimate you of the same.

I have booked an appointment and what if I have reached a few minutes late from the scheduled appointment time?

Your appointment will be valid for 30 minutes and if there is a customer already being served by the Bank, you will have to wait till the time the officer completes the ongoing transaction.
