TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO 5% CASHBACK CAMPAIGN DURING 15TH JULY – 18TH JULY 2019

  1. Offer Period starts from 15th July 2019 Midnight 12 am till 18th July 2019 midnight 12 am.
  2. 5% cashback will be eligible only on a minimum spend of Rs 500 and above using Federal Bank Debit cards.
  3. The offer is valid on online hopping/spending on any e-commerce website ( International websites are also inclusive)
  4. Maximum cash back will be Rs 100 per card holder during offer period.
  5. The offer is valid for the first card transaction. First eligible transaction during the offer period will be considered for calculating the cashback amount. Multiple transactions cannot be clubbed for claiming the cashback.
  6. Cash back will be credited within 45 days from transaction period.
  7. Cash back for NRI customers will be credited to NRO account of the same customer.
  8. No claim regarding the cash back will be accepted / entertained by the bank beyond Aug 31st, 2019.
  9. Federal Bank reserves the right to amend / withdraw the offer.
  10. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.
  11. Federal Bank reserves the right to extend, withdraw, discontinue or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
  12. The Customer availing this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and bound by the same.
  13. The decision of Federal Bank regarding the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customers.
  14. This Offer will not be applicable for any transaction in case the transaction is cancelled, by the customer and/or by the service provide for any reason whatsoever.
  15. The vouchers will be given to customers within 30 days after the campaign period is over.
  16. The Federal Bank makes no warranty or representation of any kind in relation to the network or its connectivity or service/performance by the service provider and bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Customer resulting from or in connection with the same.
