EASY PAY – School Fee Payment

Easy pay is a facility extended to the FedNet  customers to pay School/College/Club membership/Institution fee through Internet. The school/College fee can be paid either by the student or by the guardian.

Fees can be paid over Internet, of those Institutions, which have an arrangement with Federal Bank. Students/guardians can access/view through the Internet, the details of fees to be paid, complete with break up of each fee item. Money will be transferred to the school/college’s account with the Bank normally on the same day or on the next working day. Amount can be routed to different accounts if needed, as suggested by the institution. Payment can be made on 24 X 7 basis. History of fee payments is available for future reference through the system. Online reports can be extracted at any point of time by the institutions.

The student/guardian can receive the confirmation of debit in the account through an SMS message on their mobile phone if they register for Mobile Alert Service.

How to pay fee through FedNet?

To pay fees, logon to FedNet using your ID and Password. Under 'Pay Bill' option select easy pay. You will have to select the institution and the name of the student from the list to register for easy pay. Next the student's name, year and month have to be selected and the amount of fee payable will be displayed. Click on 'proceed to pay' and give user ID and password when promted. The fee amount will be debited from the your account and will be credited to the account of the institution. You can register for the service online.


  • Late fee can be included automatically.
  • Institutions have to provide the data on the split up of fees, in the prescribed format for initial uploading to the system.
  • They also have to distribute the Fednet Account Opening Forms, complete the introduction part and return the filled up forms to the Bank with the DD/cheque for opening the accounts.
  • Free training will be given to personnel from the institution on how to upload data and extract reports. One person has to be nominated by the institution to administer the Easy Pay System and to act as the technical contact. The system administrator of the institution will be able to periodically upload the fee schedule/special fees through the web interface and also make corrections or modifications as required.
 
 

Now different options are available


I-FEE:

(Fee payment through Institution’s website) Institution can offer Fed net as payment option at their website. Students / parents can utilize this facility for paying school fee from home.


F-FEE :

( Fee payment through Fednet, Bank’s Internet Banking Site) If institution doesn’t have their own website, they can provide fee details to the Bank. This information will be uploaded to our website and parents/students those having account with us can use this facility for their fee payment


U-FEE:

(Fee payment through Uploads) Parents / Students doesn’t having Internet facility at their home can choose this option for Fee payment. They can give a mandate in favor of the Institution. Institution can then collect the fees straight from the parent/student’s account in one go, by giving suitable instructions to the bank.


E-Fee:
